Payments
For Rentals Services or Photoshoot (for other services-See Special Contract)
50% Deposit is required at the time of reservation. This deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE.
Final payment is due 2 weeks before scheduled store delivery or customer pick up date.
If the services is less than 2 weeks away, full payment is due at time of reservation. No
cancellations are permitted after the 3 week confirmation. No refund will be given after
the 3 weeks confirmation. If a customer cancels less than 3 weeks before the services, full
forfeiture of the amount paid applies. There is no guarantee that funds will transfer to
postponed reservations.
Time
Though the rental period will say 24 hours, Compassion Studios offers an “event
rental” for party items, which allows you to pick up the items the day before the event
and return the items the day after the event for a 24 hour rental rate. Because we are
closed Sundays, your weekend rental items will be available for pick up on Friday and
must be returned Monday at the same time. Any extension of this time frame will result
in additional rental fees. Not all items are subject to this rental period discount. Inquire
